Breakfast at Europa Splendid
The day begins with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and warm bread. At the breakfast buffet, regional products, homemade delicacies and many little touches await – the things that make mornings in Merano so special. Freshly prepared egg dishes, fine South Tyrolean specialities, seasonal fruit and everything else needed for a delightful start to the day complete the experience.

In the evening, the kitchen at Europa Splendid reveals its most creative side. Our head chef, originally from southern Italy and at home in Merano for many years, cooks with evident passion and a refined sense for flavours.
He combines Alpine ingredients with the lightness of Italian cuisine – an Alpine-Mediterranean blend found only in South Tyrol: seasonal, creatively interpreted and prepared with great dedication.
Our half board can be added flexibly and delights guests with a varied evening menu served in the elegant dining hall.

Just as refined as our culinary selection is the wine pairing for your dinner at Europa Splendid. In our wine cellar rests a carefully curated selection of the finest South Tyrolean quality wines, along with a few selected bottles from neighbouring wine regions, waiting to accompany you throughout the evening.
They come from small winegrowers who cultivate biodynamically, from local cooperatives and from some of our favourite wineries.
