Cancellation conditions

Cancellation up to 5 days prior to arrival will not incur additional cancellation fees.
Cancellation within 4 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total amount booked.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked, unused days will be charged.

For no shown or earlier departure we charge the whole amount. Not consumed meals will not be refounded! On special occasions and on holidays (Like Christmas and New Year’s eve) our cancellation policy might diverge from the above mentioned:

Up to 14 days befor the day of arrival: possible without cancellation fee
From 13 days prior to the day of arrival: 100% of the fixed cost
