Group offers

Term of payment: At the arrival the group leader or driver has to pay the total rate.
Methods of paymet: Advance payment of 50% of the total rate one month before the arrival.
On special events or public holidays during the off-season, the prices of the high season can be used.

In our prices are included the following benefits:
• All rooms have a own bath or shower and WC
• Every room is equipped with a radio, hair-dryer, TV, Mini Bar, Telephone and safe
• Breakfast buffet
• Dinner with a salad buffet and a delicious 4 courses meal
• Reduction of 10% to the Thermal Baths of Merano
• Sleep and Shop Card Hotel Europa Splendid

If your group is interested on a stay of 3 days or more, then we will even organize for you an guided excursion through the city. Furthermore you receive a free cocktail at a arrival, and once during your stay we will organize a typical Tyrolean dinner or a gala dinner.

During the week of Christmas week and for Sylvester we calculate the dinner separately.

Conditions of an eventual cancellation of the reservation:
6 weeks before the arrival: free cancellation
6 to 4 weeks before the arrival: 30% of the total rate has to be paid
4 to 2 weeks before the arrival: 60% of the total rate has to be paid
2 weeks before the arrival: 100% of the total rate has to be paid
